  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

      2. Express shipping: 6-8 business days

    • Australia:

      1. Standard shipping: 10-14 business days

SHIPPING CARRIERS

  • We ship through Canada Post (domestic + international).

  • Tracking is provided for all packages unless otherwise stated at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, charged by your country’s customs agency.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices, excluding the USA where delivered duty paid (DDP) is included at checkout due to Canada Post requirements.

  • Customs processing times can vary and may delay delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Please double-check your shipping details!

  • Trixx Rave Wear is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

  • If you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP — we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors/building staff first.

  • Trixx Rave Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If needed, we can help you file a Canada Post service ticket.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
